Tyler has been declared ‘competent’ by a Michigan Department of Corrections psychologist.
The team of therapists at a Veterans Administration Hospital found no diagnosable
mental health deficiencies of Tyler. This include a panel, only ninety minutes or
so, of about one-dozen therapists of all different levels. See the results of these
reports in ‘About Us.’
Tyler is accustomed to being the smartest person in the room frequently when at Court,
in the Friend of the Court agency, and when dealing with CPS/Carehouse, police, and
even therapists.
CPS is driven by a hyper-feminist, and even lesbian, agenda. CPS employs thousands
of MSWs to investigate and diagnose sexual abuse. In the case of a mother sexually
abusing her daughter, CPS, guided by hyper-feminists and lesbians, celebrates the
abuse and encourages it. In report after report, escalation up their chain of command,
and even contacting the Michigan Ombudsman evoked no investigation or diagnosis.
The suggestion to conduct play-therapy with the abused girl went on deaf ears. CPS
conviced Care House of Macomb to gang up on the police officer and demand that the
father be arrested. This is sick as ALL evidence pointed to mommy. My daughter liked,
and still likes today, that contact with mommy. CPS rewarded and encouraged the abuse
of my daughter.
The hyper-feminist and lesbian agenda of CPS should function well in prosecuting
men in the cases of child sexual abuse. CPS aggressively investigated me. I even,
reasonable as I am, asked CPS, and Officer Calhoun (Sterling Heights Police Department)
that they should thoroughly investigate me first. I then pleaded with them, when
you find out it is not me, aggressively investigate my ex-wife as well. Officer Calhoun
appeared to be a lesbian. Sergeant Selewski (SHPD) mocked me for having a “lesbian
meter.” My “lesbian meter”, my observational and analytical abilities, and my intelligence,
led me to conclude Officer Calhoun was/is a lesbian.
As the most intelligent of you guessed, CPS and SHPD, aggressively investigated me
but refused to investigate my ex-wife. In my case, like, I presume, other men’s cases,
CPS failed the children being abused. The hyper-feminist and lesbian agenda of CPS
thus fails children in Michigan routinely. CPS permits and promotes sexual abuse,
by women, of children.
The solution for CPS is to designate a team of CPS investigators, trained in play-therapy,
that is dedicated to prosecuting female child sexual abuse. CPS should consider assigning
a psychologist that can better diagnose any sexual abuse of the child. This team
could be a team or three or four for each quadrant of the lower peninsula (Michigan)
and one team for the upper peninsula. Perhaps only one psychologist is needed for
each team. When a man accuses a woman of sexual abuse, that dedicated CPS team should
separate the child from both mother and father and conduct play therapy with the
child.
Tyler’s daughter, Jessica, at five years old, played out, with dolls, several specific
acts of her abuse, by her mother. See: “Peculiar Behavior by Jessica.” Play therapist
would have accomplished much in just a few hours. Tyler’s daughter, Jessica, would
then have been removed from a sexually abusive environment. As it is, CPS, Carehouse
of Macomb, Sheriff, Prosecutor, Sterling Heights Police, Michigan’s 16th Circuit
Court and its FOTC, and many others allowed Jessica to grow up in a sexually abusive
environment.
By enacting this reform, CPS will be able to infinitely better enforce sexual abuse
and even rape. The girls of Michigan are counting on it. Let’s all work together
to protect our girls, and all kids, better.
